Every gelato & sorbetto is handmade daily by our team of gelato chefs. We use traditional recipes, artisan techniques and real high-quality ingredients in their raw and
most natural form.
By using real ingredients, we achieve full bodied texture and flavour guaranteeing the perfect gelato,
scoop after scoop.
To ensure freshness and quality, our gelato is made fresh daily, in small batches. Packed with flavour, low in fat

At Giovanni's we view gelato as a special experience, from production to delivery. Our chefs stay true to Italian tradition in their creation of authentic gelato paying close attention to detail. Each gelato base is carefully balanced to our Italian traditional 8% fat recipe, using full fat milk and fresh cream in each gelato to fresh fruit and spring water in every sorbet.
Each napoli is passionately hand crafted to produce lovingly made luxurious flavours certain to excite all tastes. Each individual unique flavour is carefully balanced through sourcing only the finest ingredients using natures own natural colours and flavours, never compromising on taste.
Both classic & contemporary flavours are included in our seasonal menus, which are ever growing!
